Wedding cake I did for a couple who wanted an eggless cake. The first three tiers are chocolate (used the Amazing Chocolate cake recipe from the Recipes here) and the bottom was eggless chocolate cake. Groom said since he was little he always watched everyone eat cake that he couldn't. So I was happy to make one especially for him. Cream Cheese BC icing, scroll work done with chocolate icing
